Single-stage Incubator, also called Box Style Incubator, is usually used in a way of all in all out. Compared with Multi-stage Tunnel Style Incubator, Box Style Incubator will consume more energy. But it also has it advantages such as easy for cleaning and better sanitation. The total capacity for one machine is small, and customer can set eggs into the machine without considering continuity, so this machine is proper for smaller hatcheries that don’t have their own breeders.

Cabinet Material: FRP with white polystyrene foam; imported FRP with BLUE FOAM
Inside Structure: Hot-dip-galvanized Trolleys, Other structures use Aluminum, Stainless Steel, or other kinds of anti-erosion material.
Accessory Equipment:
YFDC-168 Hatcher: (According to a ratio no more than 6:1 between setters and hatchers, 5:1 is advised.)
Water Cooling System: Not included in the standard configuration. But it is advised for customers from hot area, in order to prevent high temperature alarm.
Box Style Incubator is different from Tunnel Style Incubators in design, and there is no need to use Air Compressor and Water Supply Kit.If other accessory equipment is needed by the customer, please refer to the Accessories” Category, or contact us.
